Designated Alternate Contacts for Reporting Concerns (for Countries That Limit Hotline Reporting)
Reporting from Countries with Hotline Reporting Restrictions
In some geographies, data privacy laws prevent the use of the Lilly Ethics and Compliance Hotline for general reports of suspected or observed violations of the law and/or Lilly policy or procedure. In these geographies, local laws allow the Lilly Ethics & Compliance Hotline to accept only those reports relating to suspected or observed violations of local law and/or Lilly policy or procedure specifically concerning the areas of accounting, auditing, banking, internal controls or anti-corruption (bribery), as defined by the United States Sarbanes-Oxley law.
WARNING: The European Data Protection Authorities discourage anonymous reporting, and, in some countries, anonymous reporting is against the law. Employees should contact their designated representative, for the country they are located in, using the local reporting process for all issues other than financial fraud related matters. Other mechanisms for reporting include contacting the designated point of contact for your country, your local HR representative, a Lilly attorney in your affiliate or region, your line supervision, or a member of the Ethics and Compliance organization in your affiliate.
To report concerns that cannot be submitted via the Lilly Ethics & Compliance Hotline, please contact the designated representative for the country from which you are reporting.
